REV Group Hires VP of Marketing and VP of Strategic Initiatives

Industrial Search Partners is pleased to announce the placement of Randy Brown as VP of Marketing and Ray Quatrochi as VP of Strategic Initiatives at REV Group.

REV Group is a leading manufacturer of motor vehicles for bus, emergency, specialty and recreation markets worldwide.  With 29 independent brands, REV is a leading diversified manufacturer of specialty vehicles to North America as well as export markets. REV’s lineup of products includes: ambulances, fire trucks, shuttle, transit and school buses, luxury recreation vehicles, terminal trucks, street sweepers and wheelchair accessible vans.  The Company employs approximately 7,000 people across 18 manufacturing locations and sales offices in the U.S. and produces more than 20,000 specialty vehicles annually with more than 240,000 vehicles in the market.

As VP of Marketing, Brown has overall responsibility for corporate branding and for the effective and cost efficient translation of the marketing philosophy into a portfolio of marketing strategies and tactics in support of REV’s business strategy.  Prior to his new position at REV Group, Brown held various global marketing, sales and business development roles at Kennametal Inc. and Dover Corporation business units including Vehicle Services Group, Environmental Solutions Group and Heil Environmental.  He attended Kent State University Graduate School of Management and holds a BS from Illinois State University.

As VP of Strategic Initiatives, Quatrochi is responsible for driving complex project-based initiatives across REV.  In addition, he will establish and coordinate a common Product Development Process and a REV Innovation Team.  Before joining REV Group, Quatrochi was the President of Global Tooling & Additive Manufacturing at Roush Industries.  He has also held senior-level positions at Performance Motor Sports, a Dover Corporation company, and Federal Mogul.  Quatrochi holds an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management and a BSME in Automotive Engineering from Kettering University.
