In February of 2021, SYSTRA, a global leader in public transportation engineering infrastructure, hired Kimberly Slaughter to be CEO of SYSTRA USA. SYSTRA has taken part in major transportation projects in the US for 35 years, and as CEO of SYSTRA USA, Kimberly will direct the growth of SYSTRA activities in the United States.
Involved in the development of mobility solutions for over 30 years, Kimberly has a wealth of experience in the transport industry. She worked for architecture and engineering firms such as HDR, HNTB, and Parsons Brinckerhoff, planning consulting firms LKC Consulting Inc. and SR Beard & Associates, as well as operating agencies, including the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County in Houston, TX.
Kimberly holds a BA in Government Pre-Law and a MSc in Community and Regional Planning (MSCRP) from the University of Texas in Austin.
